The impact of female empowerment on the Egyptian economy.

I am conducting research on United States Special Operations in support of large-scale operations since 1914. The case study I would like you to complete is on the Eighth Army Ranger Company during the Korean War. The research should include a general narrative, the objectives the Special Operations planners hoped to achieve, how they combined a variety of techniques to achieve those goals, coordination with conventional (large-scale) forces, and the degree to which they succeeded. In this framework, I would like to compare and contrast “The Defense of Hill 205”, Operation Ripper, and Operation Killer.

The end product needs to be a ~4000-5000 word product with graphs, charts, maps, etc. All references must be cited in Chicago Style Guidelines.

I will need a 250-300 word proposal/abstract by 22nd May 2018. Final product is required by 30thth May 2018. If you can complete it sooner…that would be great. These dates allow enough time for me to integrate the research into other case studies.

The compare/contrast of the named operations should attempt to support the thesis that Special Operations should not conduct traditional military tasks, but are best utilized in their role as SOF. “Defense of Hill 205” is the paramount example of SOF being mis-utilized in conventional tasks; they suffered ~80% casualties as a result. Operation Ripper and Killer are ready examples of Special Operations being used to support large-scale operations through deep strike and reconnaissance capabilities. 8th Army Ranger Company’s success in SOF tasks and capabilities proved the SOF hypothesis of the day and they served as the benchmark and organizational example for the Rangers we know today as the Army’s elite airborne infantry units.

This paper is germane to modern day SOF planning efforts. The US military has not faced a conventional force since Korea and Desert Storm. Lessons learned from the success and failure of 8th Army Ranger Company should serve as a primer for SOF planners; success is steeped in history.

I completely agree with the use of SPSS to provide statistical analysis on the impact of female empowerment on the Egyptian economy.

Looking back at the requirements for the Korean case study, I cannot see how economic impact analysis is applicable. The requirement is a case study analysis of Eighth Army Ranger Company during the Korean War to include: a general narrative, the objectives the Special Operations planners hoped to achieve, how they combined a variety of techniques to achieve those goals, coordination with conventional (large-scale) forces, and the degree to which they succeeded. This project should compare/contrast this analytical framework for the following operations: “The Defense of Hill 205”, Operation Ripper, and Operation Killer.

If you can highlight the use of SPSS in the context of this requirement, I am happy to add on to the gig. Perhaps you could send me a draft of the Abstract (understand it is due 25 May and it may be in progress)…it may help me see where SPSS would be put to use.
