A contract between an adult and a minor that cannot be enforced by the adult due to the minor’s lack of capacity can still be enforced against the adult if the minor elects to do so. True False

True
For a contract to be binding the minor will have to agree to the contract and affirm to it. If the minor agrees then only he/she is bound by it but since it is a minor they do not have that capacity to make decisions hence after turning 18 the contract cannot be forced. On the other hand the minor can enforce the contract against the adult if he/she decides to do it.
