Analysis- Factors that affect job motivation and the internal and external consequences of low job motivation.

Motivation can be defined as an effect of some internal or external factors that stimulates the Desire and energy to achieve a goal.
Motivation can easily enhance your efficiency as well as productivity in the work environment it gives you courage to do the risky things and to achieve your goals you are always motivated. Motivation you can easily achieve whatever you think of and it can also provide a base to your overall innovation as well as integration into the organisation.
Fire effect can be described as a practices that can turn play into your work or burst into play. It is basically based on the story of a boy called Tom Sawyer would treat his friends into painting a fence by convincing them that it was fun.
In my organisation I have done this to get the most out of the quiz making project and tricked by employee into a situation when they found it more interesting than doing their own work.
Extrinsic motivation can be described as a behaviour that is directly motivated and given by the external rewards such as money Fame or grade or even a praising someone. These external factors directly affect and employees overall efficiency and give the positive impact on his work profile.
In a nearby radio station I have seen people getting rewarded for ove
r achieving their goals of creating an ad campaign for the fM station. Which later improve their overall commitment organisation as well as their work efficiency.
Intrinsic motivation can be defined as an activity which you enjoy by working on it. As compared to the external motivation intrinsic motivation can be defined as a tool of self enjoyment and self satisfaction.
For achieving high performance as well as extrinsic motivation both of them are required because without proper motivation you cannot be efficient enough to achieve the goals in an organisation and achieve the high performance as well.
By motivating your employees you can easily increase their workability in the organisation as well as commitment hindi organisations. Extrinsic and intrinsic both of the motivations are very important for an organisational structure, fighting multiple training as well as rewards to their employees extrinsic motivation can be increased and it increases the overall work profitability of the organisation as well as the environment is also very positively affected.
Low job motivation can directly decrease the overall efficiency of the organization. It could be disastrous for the company as it directly affects the overall workability and productivity of the company which reduces the overall profit. low employee motivation can also be very harmful in terms of influencing other employees as well as creating a monotonous workplace structure.
Low job motivation can also be influencive to other employees. It can create low productivity environment and decrease the level of performance for the organisation.
