Awareness skills in the art of understanding oneself and the people around us and follow the ability that you regularly use to react to different situations. In awareness, there are two types of people the agent and the target. The agents are the people who cause this reaction, while the objectives are the people who get affected by the activities and events. In the awareness there, ranks, which are the descriptive, character that causes this reaction for the agent to explain and the target to be affected by the event either positively or negatively? In recent days, I have witnessed bad things tackling places around me that are subject to race. Even though in this situation I am not the target just because I am white, some bad things have been happening around that trigger in my mind not to understand the modern society and the route it is taking. The social injustices against specific races are overwhelming, and the only step and course of action I can take is through practicing inclusion within may reach like friends and family or those close to me and also creating awareness of these hideous acts against one race.

The second rank or character, which I come with regularly in my day-to-day life, is gender-based vices. The reason why I call them vices is that they are a combination of violence, discrimination stereotype, and humiliation of women in the society just because they are said not to have a voice. Even though repeatedly, the female gender has proved to be better as the male counterparts, their voice is still not hard enough. They perceived to be the weaker gender that must rely on the men for support and help. Today women work twice as hard to get the recognition they deserve in job situations; women get the last consideration for a promotion or employment. I believe that society has not been just to the women and the way they handle them. I think that soon, the organization will realize what role the women play in making it develop. My purpose, however, is to empower the women, for example, helping them understand that facing challenges is part of the process, and overcoming the challenges is as easy. I also help them with strategizing how they can overcome the example of the problems, preparing them for interviews and presentations to be better than men.
