TOPIC: Promotional Materials

Continue with the organization and situation you selected for your Topic 2 assignment. Based on your selected organization and situation, design one of the following promotional materials to communicate and promote your solution to the situation:

1. a social media post
2. a flyer
3. a poster
4. internal newsletter

Use graphics and visual elements to make your selected promotional material appealing. Use Canva or another design platform/software to create your promotional material.

Use branding elements and approaches that represent the identity of the organization.
Your promotional materials should clearly communicate to the appropriate stakeholders and address the objective you identified in Topic 2 for making the communication.

APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

Using one of the major theories (Systems Theory, Psychodynamic, Social Learning, or Conflict) strategically address the impact of HIV/AIDS on African American Transgender Women. Include programs, services and interventions, policies, and recommendations for ways to better combat these social problems, including alternative programs, services, and interventions.

It should be 12 font, double spaced, and you are aiming for 3 pages.  It should be well-organized, clear, and free of grammatical errors.  Avoid writing in first person.  If you reference material from the text or an outside source, be sure to cite using the citation method you are most comfortable with, but it should include the author and date in text (example: (Smith 1988)), and a complete reference at the end (MLA Format).

– Archaeology has changed significantly since its early days as “curiosities collecting”. Discuss the major milestones which lead to archaeology becoming a science-based field.

 As you become oriented to your new field placement, speak with field instructors and others in your setting about the population(s) served by the agency/institution. This includes individual and community characteristics and representative presenting concerns. Finally, as you are summarizing, practice integrating a few quotations as well. Look for sentences or phrases that are particularly poignant to quote directly within your summary.

– Topic: The World Health Organization’s Report in 2000 was called “Health Systems: Improving Performance”. Global health care leaders are striving to improve health care outcomes and average health status internationally. Based on the published data the infant mortality rate in Pakistan was 107.5 deaths per 1000 live births in 2000, which decreased to 67.2 deaths per 1000 live births in 2019 (World Data Atlas, 2020). Discuss about the Health care leadership styles and discuss how they influenced governmental strategies in changing the infant mortality rate.
