Describe other ways that organizations can improve affective, continuance, and normative commitment, other than the strategies suggested in this chapter. How expensive are those strategies?

Affective commitment:
The affective commitment make the company to understand on the employees like towards the company as that impact on the performance of the organization. The employees plays a major role in the organization as they promote the company and the brand in the market. The management set policies and strategies for the employees, as that help them to create on positive work environment.
Continuance commitment:
Continuance commitment helps the company on to retain the employees. The employees can be retained through reward and awards etc so that bonus would motivate them to work with the company for longer. The company mainly focus on the cost as to increase employee loyalty.
Normative commitment:
Normative commitment is where it helps to set policies, as where the values play a major role for the organization. The employees would be more committed with the organization and they will not leave the company at any cost through their managing skills.
