Every organization needs a team because without team work any work will not be completed and any project will not be executed. To execute the team work in the proper way certain conditions must be created in the organization to work. As a manager it was my duty to see the welfare of my team to feel more comfort in the organization premises.
Team must be motivated according to the organizational objective and encourage them with some inspiring stories.
Environment should be hygienic and conditions are created by the team wish because working conditions must suit the team to work better.
All the roles and responsibilities should be set for the team.
Should recognize the team and members who are responsible for the success.
Team must be committed to achieve the goal
If team needs any training regarding the project they should be accommodated with the training experts.
Feedback is an important criterion for the team whether it was positive or negative they will rectify all their flaws and work.
Always there should be a challenge for the team and there should be a competent so that they will always focus in competent.
While designing the team work, planning must be done and during the planning it was important to identify the threats and how to minimize the threats. In every project threats will be identified and to overcome those some solutions must be done. While designing the teamwork, between the employees there will be conflicts about any aspect and to overcome between them coordination must be important so that before setting the team members must be motivated to avoid conflicts. Due to miscommunication threats will be observed, weak leadership leads to failure in many projects, without group thinking leads to many beneficial results without group thinking if one of the team member take decision and executed leads to conflicts. To overcome all these flaws during the training session’s employees should be motivated that how threats will be occurred in team and how to overcome all the threats.
Rewards are more important to the team because rewards increase the team spirit and also working spirit. As a manager I will encourage my team by offering some rewards like health insurances, enjoyment trips, allowances for travelling or hike in their salaries. If I offer these kinds of benefits they will be more loyal about the work
