Follow the instruction

As we discussed in our meeting, there are several ways to improve your memo:
1) In your introduction edit the first few sentences to make sure they highlight the key purpose of the memo and introduce your 2 interviewees (name, job, company, or job description).
2) Re-read the memo and remove filler words or non-essential information.
3) Make sure your paragraphs are 4-7 sentences and re-watch clear writing purpose and organization video for guidance on headings.
Please use the memo guidelines, rubric, Business Communication Memo video, and the BUS 305 lectures to continue to revise your draft.
