It is a review of the literature on your topic. This is a summary of other studies that are related to your proposed research topic. In this section you will summarize studies’ methods and findings. You will present a discussion of the most important research and theoretical work relating to proposed research topic. As you describe each study you should address the following: Describe the subjects in the study. How many subjects were in the study? What instrument was used to obtain information? Was it survey, field study, or interviews? What theories are discussed and applied in the study? As you summarize your articles for the literature review you should summarize the findings and identify similarities and differences between studies that you are reviewing and discuss. If there is something that you believe your study will build upon because it is missing from the literature be sure to discuss .
