It is the responsibility of HR department and concerned people to make him motivated as well as provide him equal opportunity. The role of HR manger is critical to make a sound work setting. There should be a proper compliance program. Even, a code of ethics and integrity must be given to each employee. That person who was discriminated must be counselled and a proper apologizes must be share with him by motivating him. He must be given some key responsibility as a team lead. Even, some posters and neon displays must be hanged so that employees know the possible outcome of any discrimination or malpractices against any employee. The HR people must get proper feedback from person to person that how they mitigate the problem of discrimination. A core team must be appointed who shall take necessary actions and precautions to promote a sound and equal workplace to all. The industry practices must be taken as standard to stop the risk associated with workplace discrimination and any partiality. A legal consultant must be hired to advice and solve the issues like this.
