Important To Review The Scenario And The General Instruction For The Whole Fina

(Important: To review the scenario and the general instruction for the whole Final Project of which this assignment is a part, please see 1.6 Final Project Preview [opens in a new window])
The first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution, which define basic liberties including the freedom of religion, speech, and press, and additionally guarantee the rights of defendants, are called the Bill of Rights.  When the Framers drafted the U.S. Constitution, Thomas Jefferson wrote to James Madison, one of the main framers and considered the Father of U.S. Constitution, expressing his concern that this Constitution omitted the citizen’s rights or bill of rights.  During the British rule, the people experienced arrests without cause, were detained and coerced to confess, as well as saw their freedoms trampled upon.  In people’s memory, British abuses of citizens’ rights were still fresh.  Fearing similar tyrannical rule by the new government, the people clamored for the inclusion of the rights and freedoms of citizens.  Thus, the Bill of Rights was borne, and became a powerful and treasured element in the Constitution.
Scenario
In this Part 5 of the Final Project, you will be writing the Bill of Rights.  The Bill of Rights should represent the basic liberties and guaranteed rights of the citizens of your new nation.
Please see this link to explore the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution  https://billofrightsinstitute.org/founding-documents/bill-of-rights/ as an example, model, or inspiration.
Instructions
***Before you begin, please review the scenario in 1.6 Final Project Review. ***
Please follow the procedures here to guide you.
Bill of Rights

Write the Bill of Rights or Amendments section of your Constitution.  This section should contain the following information:

at least five amendments, each of which should reflect a civil liberty or right that your citizens would like to have or enjoy, and which would set limits on the power of your government.

Below are a few guiding questions to help you:

What rights or freedoms would protect your citizens from the powers of your government?
What rights or freedoms would your citizens enjoy or benefit?

Along with your Bill of Rights, please write a paragraph explaining why you chose those rights and freedoms for your new nation.  By comparing the Bill of Rights of your Constitution to the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution, discuss also how your Bill of Rights are different or similar to the Bill of Rights of the Constitution of the United States.
Please provide at least two sources from the Internet where you obtained your information.  Name the websites and the website addresses.
Write your completed Bill of Rights in a word document (Microsoft Word, Open Office, PDF, or Google Docs) including the paragraph as described in No. 3 of this instruction, and your sources.

FINALLY, combine all parts of the Final Project (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4 and Part 5) into one separate document (excluding the sources).
