- Ethical Issue: Do pharmacies have a duty and ethical obligation to protect the public from customers who may be abusing prescription medications?
This is my first paragraph that I have already submitted I need two Counterevidence/Claims paper just providing you with an example to follow with my claim. also I have provided some link with articles.
Yes, pharmacies have a duty and hold an ethical obligation to intervene when they suspect a customer is abusing prescription medication. I believe that pharmacies have the right to protect patients that are abusing prescription medications. According to the American Pharmaceutical Association(APA), pharmacists are health professionals who assist individuals in making the best use of drugs. Many physicians, their patients, and pharmacists can all play a role in identifying and preventing the nonmedical use of prescription drugs. There are codes of ethics that pharmacists must follow when it comes to ethics and morals.

- Counterevidence/Claims
Most ethical issues have positions for both sides (for or against), Choose two supporting evidence/claims and provide counterevidence/claims that opposes or disproves those claims. You can generate counterevidence/claims by asking yourself what someone who disagrees with you might say about each of the points you’ve made about your position. Once you have found some counterevidence/claims, consider how you will respond to them–will you concede that the evidence/claims have a point but explain why your audience should nonetheless accept your position? Will you reject the counterevidence/claims and explain why it is mistaken? Either way, you will want to leave your audience with a sense that your position is stronger than the opposing position.
Counterevidence/claim One
- Summarize the evidence/claims and provide supporting information for the evidence claims
- Refute the counterevidence/claims
- Provide evidence
Counterevidence/claim Two
