Name one of the most commonly used project management software and discuss the pros and cons of the software. Do you believe that if you use ethical behavior it will pay off in the long run? Why or why not? Explain.

One of the most commonly used project management application is Smartsheet software program that is used to manage the project and conduct different activities involving projects.
Pros of the program:
A. Easy to use and spreadsheet like interface makes it user friendly
B. Compatible with all the popular operating systems to run the program
C. Customization features as per the individual preferences
Cons of the program:
A. Lack of feature related to the time tracking of the work of employees
B. Reporting part is bit complicated
C. Calendar view can only show limited task and activities

Use of ethical behavior involves delivering value to the consumers, building a relationship on the basis of mutual trust and respect and developing practices that are based upon the values, being considered morally high in the society. In this way, the ethical behavior creates long lasting and trustworthy relationship with the consumers and consumers comeback as returning customers on a regular basis. It creates more business opportunities for the organization conducting ethical behavior. Besides, the satisfied and respect customer also provided important leads and references that can further generate business for the organization. Besides, the word of the mouth publicity also brings reputation of the organization. Hence, it can be said that ethical behavior pays off in the long run.
In personal life also, ethical behavior develops healthy relationship with people in society that brings reputation. The society gives positive feedback and references about the person. It also helps in the long run.
