With your team design the Work Breakout Structure. Use the Project Management Activity Guide Chapter 3 to develop the WBS. You will need to use what you learned from the Task and documents you downloaded.
Activity 2: Project Schedule
With your team design a Project Schedule. Use the tentative schedules that each member designed during the Task. Discuss and negotiate which schedule will best fit your project and bring it in with the scheduled time.
Activity 3: Project Budget
With your team design a project budget. You can use the Project Budget Template.
