The assignment is as follows:
Identify the instrument for the directors performance evaluation in the article, and describe how it will be used.
A student would be successful if the description includes:
Identifying information for the instrument (title, author, and date of publication or copyright date)
What knowledge is to be gained and what outcomes are to be achieved
How and by whom the instrument will be administered
A time line for implementing the evaluation and any recommended improvements.
20 points – Three paragraphs are included, each paragraph has a minimum of seven sentences
20 points – First paragraph summarizes the main focus of the Performance evaluation article
30 points – Second paragraph summarizes what knowledge was gained and what outcomes are to be achieved from the performance evaluation in the article.
20 points – Third paragraph discuss who administered the performance evaluation, the time-line for implementing the evaluation and the recommendations for improvement if any were noted in the article and if not develop your own recommendations for improvement for working with young children, families, or staff.
