The desired responsibilities are:
1. Planning and implementation of the brand category for consumer engagements in the US market
2. Associating with PR and Social Media team to drive consumer engagement and conversation within sports categories through sports marketing programs, assets and properties.
3. Managing external partners for agency in production and for delivering consumer activation plans within the support
4. Acting liaison between team’s representatives & internal stakeholders
5. Managing external consultants & also relationships with various hotels, facilities, and travel agencies
The desired skills are:
1. Ability for working collaboratively and collectively with multiple stakeholders

Sales and revenue generation – These are what that drive the top line of any organization and an individual must be equipped with selling related abilities to bring revenue. The person having these skills drives the revenue generating dept.and has the opportunity to grow and get noticed in the company within a short span.
Data Analytics – It is the core of making sense of data. The data is generated everywhere in sports but today we have the means to capture and make sense of data to take predictive decisions for future, better forecastablity, targeting right segments, and cost prudence decisions.
Use of technology and social media – Technology with social media has taken sports to every nook and corner. Social media has made the consumer more powerful and managing them s another challenge. This gives them a front seat to make or ruin a brand. Similarly, a person can cost-effectively reach all segments. Thus, knowledge of technology and media is something that will further dominate the roost.
