Create a new C++ program in modular format (using functions) to accomplish the following:The program should convert a user-input temperature from degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Celsius. Then, the program should convert the same value from Celsius to Fahrenheit (be sure to let/tell the users what the program will accomplish as output before they enter anything!)Show the user an example by using 98.0 degrees as a first example.
