You work for a multinational corporation and have just been appointed to serve on a newly formed Committee for Organizational Ethics and Effectiveness. The first task of the Committee for Organizational Ethics and Effectiveness is to develop a Roadmap for a Successful and Ethical Organizational Culture that will be applied to all offices across the world. In contrast to a code of ethics, this particular document will focus primarily on everyday practices of the workplace, such as leadership, decision-making processes, hiring standards and performance expectations and evaluations.
