MEMORANDUM RE STUDENT SERVICESWe have strongly suggested you visit either the Writing Center, ARC (tutoring center) or Career Counseling Center sometime this semester. Each center is a valuable student resource.This assignment requires you to visit one of these centers at least once prior to the due date. Which center you use is your choice. All require advance appointments. During the visit, you must use the services that are offered. For example, if you chose the Writing Center, bring a copy of an assignment for help. Each center will give you a “receipt” documenting your visit.The memo you produce for this assignment must be detailed as to time, date, who you met with, what you did, etc. There must be enough detail in it to be helpful in the grading process. It does not need to be long than one page. Consider this assignment to be along the lines of an attorney asking you to find out some information that they don’t know. Part of the steps in this assignment is to locate the centers and chose one that seems most appropriate to your needs. All are located on the Cuyamaca campus. Some can be “visited” online.
