The Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation is one of a few credentials available to managerial accountants today. Part of the mission of the CGMA is to promote management accounting globally by providing a platform to distinguish professionals with proficiency in finance, operations, strategy, and management and the value they can drive within an organization.

Although the case studies are a high level overview of the value driver and its outcome, our coursework in this Cost Accounting class thus far should provide the necessary background to identify what some of those value strategies may have been.
We are going to conduct this discussion board like a group project. Please access one of the following cases on the CGMA website at the link below and, after reading the scenario, identify three tools you have learned in this course could have been utilized to achieve the success mentioned in the case and why you believe those tools were relevant.
