Format: Individual field project analysing a real life case study.
Search and find a company operating in Vietnam (either local or international) which has some portion of its operation involving international business. If you are a foreigner student currently in Vietnam or currently outside Vietnam, then you may identify a company operating at your home country (either local or international), which has some portion of its operation involving international business. (I am from France so please can you find a french company or a Vietnamese one)
Coordinate an interview with the owner or key manager to discuss challenges the business has in conducting any aspects of international business activities. The purpose of the interview is to identify one or more issues the company face in the past or at present. The data collected from the interview will be used as a real-life case study to be analysed using IB theories, in order to generate a practical business report with recommendations how the company should deal with such issues . those recommendations should be backed up with IB relevant academic sources.
Structure
Main title – Create a unique name to your paper,
Introduction –Present the paper
company background – Discribe the company history
Analysis – Discuss the business chalanges of your case study
Recommendations – Discuss posible solutions for those business chalanges
Conclusion – Sum up and provide your own opinion

Formating instructions
Use font size 12 only across all text
Make 1.5 line space between text lines
Use font type Times New Roman only across all text!
No colours anywhere
Insert page number at the bottom right corner of each page
Keep your paragraphs short to medium size (Short is 3–4 lines, medium is 7 – 10 lines)
Make distinguish paragraphs with one-line space between each
Keep all margins 2 cm (0.8 inch) wide
Make sure to have internal titles and bold all titles
No headers or footers
Emphasise content by using underline Do not use italic or bolding anywhere within body text.
All body text must be aligned left, do not apply the justify option
No capital letters unless required grammatically – beginning of sentence & beginning of name
Do not include any charts, graphs, image or pictures anywhere in the assignment body!
Referencing & Citations
A minimum of five academic sources (peer-review journal articles / books) is a must.
Make one-line (only) space between each reference, in the reference list
You must apply RMIT Harvard Referencing Style for referencing and citations
All references must be in English, we will not accept references in any other language
All references must have correspondent citations and vice versa.
