A supervisor plays an important role in controlling the performance and activities of his subordinates. The organizational goals can be achieved by ensuring each aspects on timely manner like inventory position, material handling etc. must be overseas by the person responsibile for the purpose.
As a supervisor, i will talk each worker on my floor and take a feedback related to their contribution, ambitions and till date ambitions. For any misbehavior , work breakdowns, failure , faulty work styles etc. I will immediately warn them to correct the styles.
I will ask each of my subordinates to maintain diginity at workplace, have a realistic focus on work achievement, etc. So that as an organization or team we get best success in the marketplace. Quality parameters will be my baisc aim so that low product failure will be detected.
