Conversation started very fluently and overall understanding between me and client was very high resulting a very good conversation. Understanding of the terms and conditions and provision of the specific guidelines provided to the customer. As an external consultant I use Different techniques regarding talking to the customer and which definitely helped in creating a better communication process between me and the customer.
Availability of the contract and involved fundings made it a crucial conversations which was very important for my company to be approved. There was a high number of money involved in the situation which made it very crucial conversation.
As per my terms and conditions the deal was not negotiable and it never moved on to the negotiation process.
