In this assignment, you will assess your personal wellness and develop a plan to prevent personal and professional stress and burnout. The personal wellness plan should outline how you will practice physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual self-care throughout your duration in the clinical mental health counseling (CMHC) program and beyond. Personal counseling may be one part of a wellness plan.
