Can change be easy or is change hard? Isn’t that the question?Acknowledge success. Keep going back to your journal and write down your successes. Write down things you are grateful for. Write down the names of helpful people you have met. Make adjustments to your goals as needed. Sometimes a shiny penny isn’t as shiny as you thought once you pick it up.
Celebrate. Once a dream is achieved, do not let it be anti-climatic. Celebrate! Show gratitude! Go back to your journal and circle the dream you wrote down and with a bright marker write down the date it was achieved!
