Krikpatrick’s Four-Level Model:
This is completely for analyzing the training effectiveness. You have to know the whereabouts of the results if you want the team to learn well. So, by this analyzing process, we can get to know the best process to follow in regard to the training.
The four levels will be:
1. Reaction, 2. Learning, 3. Behavior, 4. Results.
1. Reaction: This is regarding the concept of how well the training has been conducted, whether the training has an impact on your team or not. This feedback is going to be taken, so that the next batch trainees will be trained better.
2. Learning: This is going to measure the level of knowledge the trainees have got based on the objectives that you provided initially. If they meet this, then it’s fine to go ahead. Otherwise, you’ve to take care of this once again for the next trainees.
3. Behavior: This completely relates to the concept of behavior that the candidate is getting after going through the training. If the behavior has changed, then it’s a good training. Otherwise, some changes have to be taken place.
4. Results: In this concept, we conclude final results of the training. If the candidates meets the organization objectives and then decides the training in according to employees good.
The Behavior concept is calculated since different questions will come into picture like as follows.
Have the trainees have tried their learning? Have the candidates express their skill? And is there any change in the Behavior?
And based on the following conclusions, the Results concept will be evaluated.
Increase employee production, Waste Reduction, Increase in sales, and increase customer satisfaction etc. This results concept is related to completely the outcome of the above training i.e. outcomes or training linked with training and coming up with best way.
