In contrast organic structure is adopt to change in the environmnet, the structure of the organization doesnot remain similar and it do changes according to the circumstances and need of the time.In developed countries generally organic structure is prevalent.By going through this definition of the structures we can say that organic structure is more superior to mechanistic. Organization do evolve according to time and a mechanistic structure adopt organic structure in the long run. It does depend on circumstances and how the organization has evolved.
