Calculate the average profit per day/ticker (each record) and
then report all day/ticker records which are three times (or more)
higher than the average. Only count profitable records —
ignore day/ticker events which result in a loss or break even.
Note that you will have to make two passes through the data,
which means you will have to keep at least some of the data in memory.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Total profit is 1065.02
