Quality profession-
In any organization there are lot of people and everyone is responsible for quality- from the higher management(Managing director,CEO to the intern). But not every individual can be a quality expert. It is very important to have people who can provide quality in terms of knowledge,experience,tools and guidance to help every other departments or employees to play their part in achivieng better reults and excellence.
According to their skill sets and abilities they have their own expertise such as-Legal adviser,Tax consultants,Specialists officers,Generalist,Quality engineer,Quality managers etc.Practices performed by some of these contributors-
Quality engineer- A quality engineer is a professional who understands the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control. Quality engineers work in manufacturing plants, taking responsibility for the quality of a company’s products. By working with departmental managers, production staff and suppliers to ensure quality, they aim to minimize the costs of reworking or waste and maximize customer satisfaction with the products.
Legal adviser-Legal advisors work in law firms where they supply legal advisory services to clients. In other words, legal advisors help people make the right decisions
Quality manager-A Quality Manager typically works in manufacturing and engineering companies where product outputs are required to meet a certain level of quality for the customer and it is the responsibility of the Quality Manager to ensure that products meet minimum standards of quality.
There are various reasons why they are different from ordinary employees such as-
Quality Professionals are aware and expert of their domain.
They are flexible to learn new things that are to be Updated.
THey utilise their time to be more productive and improve their quality.
They are logical and teamworker.
They can easily adjust with new environment.

They bring order to chaos, are very organized themselves, organize the work of others and are generally reliable
Futuristic approach-Ability to plan ahead and envision the future for their business / business unit / project. They would plan their backups for their complicated situations, they anticipate roadblocks and plan realistically, they shape the future according to a very clear picture in their mind.
Emotionaly stable-They use emotions as their ally, their are able to control their emotional states to support business / project objectives vs. becoming victim of their own emotions.
The qualities of a professional person are as a sunrise: they spread warmth and light, and create growth persistently.
