Conduct an online search for training/educational courses that state the intended learning objectives. Find two examples to share with the class: one that you consider “good” and one that you would consider “poor”. For each, provide the rationale for your selection.

Poor course- Digital Marketing by Coursera- https://www.coursera.org/courses?query=digital%20marketing
This course, according to me, is poor because Digital marketing is a course which should include some simulation and real time based activity. As an online course, the pedagogy doesn’t include such activity. Hence the students don’t get an opportunity to experience the real life scenario.
Good Course- Successful Negotiation- https://www.coursera.org/learn/negotiation-skills
This course clearly depicts the negotiation process, gives a proper explanation of how the process can be done in a better manner along with some real life examples that shows how negotiation is done for better results.
