The perfectionist are the examples of rigidity in an organizational culture, the perfectionist mentality causes hindrance in working environment, the decision are not flexible in these type of situations as the decision taken are not flexible in nature and work does not move ahead in the phase unless and until it completely satisfies the Mr Perfectionist.
