If you plan to do this for your capstone, you will need to ensure you have access to children of obese adoptive parents? Then, even if you have access, will you have time to measure weight gain with a 2-3 month project?

1) In part 1 and 2, you completed a qualitative and quantitative research critique on two articles for each type of study (4 articles total). Use the feedback you received from your instructor on these assignments to finalize the critical analysis of each study by making appropriate revisions.
2) The completed analysis should connect to your identified practice problem of interest that is the basis for your PICOT question.
3) Refer to “Research Critiques and PICOT Guidelines – Final Draft.” (File 1) Questions under each heading should be addressed as a narrative in the structure of a formal paper.
Proposed Evidence-Based Practice Change
1) Discuss the link between the PICOT question that you reformulated, the research articles (Quantitative and Qualitative), and the nursing practice problem you identified (Obesity in children).
2) Include relevant details and supporting explanation
3) Use that information to propose evidence-based practice changes.
