Activities timetable: Incorporates all activities necessary to create the project 3. Outcomes/ evaluation plan: Using the SMART approach, Lists four measureable outcomes that would demonstrate improvement of the issue SMART = Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-oriented 4. Budget: Provides a budget indicating all of these: proposed cost, anticipated program expenses, justification.
