Many companies have the rule that the most experienced and long-serving workers and employees cannot be fired, because they form the basis and foundation of the organization or company(Katsimi, 2008). Firing them would impact the organization or firm in a negative way.
Now, these two aspects and considerations are still relevant corporate America. This is because they increase motivation and the self-drive and motivation to work. When employees have assurances that they are an important part of the workplace, they work with their whole as they also become happy when they see the organization proceeding well. Also, it can boost productivity and growth, because you have loyal employees willing to go to higher heights to ensure objectives and goals are met.
