REPLAY FOR THIS DISCUSSIONS
Discussion-1:
The main factors are culture, legal and regulatory barriers, foreign government consideration, and business case. The cultural similarities can be critical to consider while expanding globally. Underestimating the consequences of cultural differences would be ignoring. Understanding the civilization and its necessaries comes into play while expanding the company internationally since the company cannot neglect the needs of the market, the company, and what they are in need of. Legal and regulatory barriers are huge for a company that is expanding international markets. This is due to the responsiveness of the product that is served, the rules of the current government, the company’s pliability around steer due to these factors. The aspects to consider foreign government is currency exchange rates, transportation and communication options, employment and immigration laws, access to materials and resources needed, and government assistance programs for trade. The services of businesses should respond to the challenges of the market (Delaney, 2020).
There are several reasons for a company to expand internationally. They are profitability and growth, the economics of scale, services or product uniqueness, risk diversification, spreading research and development, ideas, and the resources and employees. Introducing the products internationally can extend sales, customer base, and revenue. Each organization needs the employees who are skilled and trained, like the resulting company which has moved to a universal market in search of alternative labor for a lesser cost. For a domestic country, the resources available are less or the company with a better rate of competition moves to the international market. Expanding the market the company easily recovers from the R and D cost. In different countries, selling the products reduces the exposure of the business with the economic uncertainty within the company. The products with different qualities will not meet competitiveness in foreign markets. Approaching the international market gives the economy of scale even there is the passage of costs and risk among markets (Shane, 1996).

Discussion-2
Primary Factors Motivate Companies to Expand Internationally
The organizations had shifted their focus towards promoting their business into the international market in order to enhance success. In modern times, industrialization is considered an evolving movement in many countries, and entrepreneurs are becoming game-changers for these evolutions (Brymer & et al., 2020). There various preeminent strategies that can promote a company globally. The organization requires identifying the best business plan which can be promoted locally as well as internationally. So, the business plan should always be executed in terms of an international perspective. For instance, a flying machine is a well-noted jeans brand that was manufactured, but only a few know the fact that it’s an Indian product that gained international attention (de Vasconcellos & et al., 2017).
Secondly, to promote the profits of a company one should always plan to expand the business. International brands like Samsung, Toyota got successful in other countries because they have concrete information on the preferences of people in their respective countries. Culture plays a significant role in improving profits were adopting an appropriate strategic organization culture is always essential. For instance, Starbucks being a well-reputed franchise in the United States is facing a huge loss in India because it could not grasp the culture over there (Shinya & Hiroyuki, 2017). While planning to expand any business it is always important to make ground research about the culture and lifestyle of people in that country (Brymer & et al., 2020). This will assist in enhancing a mark over the opening of a new market where is the main aspect involved in expanding towards the global market.
In the contemporary world, diversification is termed as development in business. There are many companies locally that were getting destructed due to political influences. So, one should always try to expand the company to stay still in the home market and getting promoted internationally (Shinya & Hiroyuki, 2017). For instance the government of India has given waivers for globalized companies as encouragement which includes reducing the taxes. Hiring employees from other countries is another way of welcoming diversification in a company. It gives scope for establishing new relations with foreign countries and also in making they invest more which can yield in promoting company globally (Shinya & Hiroyuki, 2017). According to me, focusing on the innovation standards for evolving business plays a vital role. So Implementing innovatory ideas are one way of throwing limelight on the business. These factors will assist the companies in expanding internationally.
