We think the best way to think about it is that you are expected to apply the various tools/frameworks/theories to your chosen leader in order to
(i) understand what that leader is all about and
(ii) come up with (critical) recommendations for that leader. In that process you could, for example, have a look at
(i) the ethical decision-making style of that person , how that person motivates followers, what was effective and ineffective are that person’s communication style and/or which leadership theories shed a positive/negative light on what this leader has been doing . Please do refer the assignment1question and rubric that we have attached for your kind reference.
