Yes, it is true that evaluation is the determination of how well the organization is meeting its goals. An evaluation of the performance of the company reveals that how efficiently it is meeting its targeted goals and also it helps in effective decision making and evaluation of a company’s business environment, business strategies, financial position and overall performance of the company. The goals of the company are set in its vision and mission statement and then a detailed plan is made that how step by step company will execute its plan and achieves its goals. After that it come the implementation of the strategic planning of the company with assigning the responsibility and fixing the accountability of the key personal in the plan. Finally, it’s comes the evaluation of the whole process with the targeted goal by comparing it with achieved outcome and analyzing the deviations, if any and reason behind the deviations.
