You will complete an evaluation of an adult in a supervisory or leadership position (Heffron and Murch, pages 217 and 219). This will help to provide a context as you continue to observe and document the workings of adults in leadership. You may need to observe longer or more often to get all of the data.

Dear Writer:
This class is about leadership and administration in early childhood education. The book titled “Reflective Supervision and Leadership in Infant and Early Childhood Programs” and the authors are Heffron, M.C. and Murch, T (2010). Since I don’t have the book, I don’t know the content of pages 217 and 219.
