Q1) Perfect Tender Rule is a rule which is a part of common law which states that a buyer may reject the goods from a seller if it doesn’t meet the specified quality standards, delivery schedule or ordered quantity as per the contract.
Below are the exceptions of the rule –
1. If the seller sends goods that do not conform to the standards, the seller has the right to inform the buyer that the tender will be corrected and resend the corrected goods within the contract time.
2. If the sale of goods is through an installment contract, a buyer cannot reject an installement even though it doesn’t conform to the contract as long as –
i. the nonconforming installment does not substantially impair the value of the contract
ii. the imperfect tender can be cured in further installments
iii. the seller assures buyer of curing the contract.

By signing a contract which clearly ensures that it is wholesome without any installments and needs to be sent first time right though it takes the whole contract time.
