Explain with 3 paragraphs how supervisors and employees are categorized as bullies, slackers, or team players.

A lot can be written about the negative impact one poor performing employee can have on the organization. Such employees can be categorized broadly into two groups – bullies and slackers.
Bullies cover up their lack of talent, or the lack of will to work by targeting other workers around them. Their choiciest methods include making fun of others, passing hurtful comments, creating hurdles in others’ paths, deliberately damaging personal property, etc. They rely on a weak HR policy or a biased boss to slip through without being held responsible of their behavior.
Slackers are the classic lazy workers who depend on others to do the task for them. They wait till the last minute of the deadline or even a show cause notice to finally work on the task. They are an added burden to the team as eventually the work gets passed on to a more sincere employee, thereby overburdening him.
In most organizations, the lack of a strict policy against slackers and bullies, leads to loss of good employees.
Team players are the most desired type of employees as they are reliable, sincere, good at effective communication and are commited to the organization. They meet deadlines and more often than not do more than asked in the assigned task. Most importantly, they take the other members of the team together.

Given the shift in the times Artemus’s perspective would prove to be more successful. More than ever employees make demands of their employers. Nowadays, it is not just enough to provide people a minimum wage, but it is necessary to provide them with “soft” factors in order to keep their interest in the companies vision.
