For this assignment you will be writing a 5-6 page Crisis Communication Plan for your company, Uber. To do this you will need to adapt the STREMII plan you learned above and the elements of a crisis plan contained in chapter 14 of the textbook. In other words, you will take the innovative STREMII concepts like the “Social Listening” idea and incorporate them in the broader, more generic concerns found in chapter 14. You will also consider recent events when creating your “Crisis Inventory”…i.e. to ANTICIPATE THE KIND OF CRISIS Uber experienced this past week when a college student was murdered after she entered a car she thought was her Uber, but it was not.
The assignment is in two parts. The first part is an outline of your paper and was to have been turned in by 11;59PM, April 12. This outline is to be general, has no page requirement and does not need to be referenced.
The second part is the paper itself (it can be in the form of an outline similar to a previous assignment with each section fully described and fully APA sourced). It is to be 5-6 pages in length, AP format with references and the references are not include in your page count
