NOTE: You need to be ready to start the exam at 18.00 Thursday June 11. This means you need to be logged on to moodle with a stable internet connection at least 10 minutes before the exam opens. This means that if you haven’t submitted it manually before 90 minutes, Moodle will do it for you. Therefore, make sure you keep moving through the exam until you get to the end, then go back and revise and amend questions.The duration of the test is 1.5 hours. It will focus on legal issues such as: contempt of court, defamation, source protection, anti-terror laws, racial discrimination laws, privacy law, copyright and freedom of information.
