In other words the training participants are able to apply what is learned in their work environment. Attending training alone does not make it effective. That only happens if learning occurred and is applied. So the question is how that gets determined. What does your organization do to determine if the training they provided was effective or is just something that can be marked off on an attendance sheet? In other words how do you know training made a difference?Thoughts?
