1) Interaction with job seekers before apply-Job seekers always want to know about company before applying a job.
Supposes someone looking to apply job in Amazon then job seeker will go to Facebok or LinkedIn and understand about company, history, products and operation of Amazon.
2) Improve candidates experience- Human resource department must improve the candidates experience by effective systematic process of providing information of each and everything related to hiring process.
Recruiter must design a kind of process give details related to hiring process, job profile and package offering by Company.
3) Easy orientation process – In this technology world orientation process will be not based on lengthy paper work.
There should be a company orientation app that enhances the employee feeling towards the company.
4) Give time to new hires – There should be a fix a numbers of days of making employee productive and familiar with the organization process.
For example – In human resources department a new hire employee needed to learn how to read the monthly profit and loss statement (P&L Account).Depending upon when you were hired, you might learn how to do this in your first week but no later than your first month.
5) Feedback of new hire- Organization need to understand about how much employee engaged with the organization and he improving itself.
New hire productivity must be increased these are the things monitor by the organization from the other employees and seniors.
