Groups: 4 – 5 students will be assigned in each group depending on the size of the class. You are responsible for getting contact information from group members, as I will not be able to provide that information for you. After groups have been assigned, there will be NO changes in your group membership.
Each group will be responsible for learning about a specific company to conduct this project, identify
problems or issues concerning the company which your group chooses, and suggest a set of solutions by applying OB knowledge learned from this class.
Each group needs to turn in one report per group (8 – 10 pages, Times New Roman, Font 12, Single
space, Margin 1 ̋for all sides). When you refer to other materials, you should include a reference list at
the end of the report and in-text citations within the report. The page for a reference list is not counted as a report page.
The final report should be structuralized as follows:
1) Overview and description of a target organization and its issues/problems identified for this
project. (I’m doing this part)
2) Elaboration of why/how these issues relate to OB
3) Suggestion of possible solutions (2 to 3 solutions are enough)
4) Argument of why/how your solutions are helpful for a target firm.

So issues could be like lack of communication, feedback, motivation?
So there is only one manger in charge of the hundred something employee so production sometimes has to stop due to not enough directions given because of lack direction of manager responsibility (did that make sense)
(Feedback motivation) bonuses are given out each quarter throughout the year but numbers are never explain so employees don’t really have a grasp if they are improving in productions or if the bonus is enough motivation to produce more
There’s also safety problems but Idk if that fits in this but I feel like it can be improved under hiring which has to do with management some how? (certification/training in power equipment) what do y’all think?
