Internet has surely brought a change in almost each and every aspect of life and the consumer supplier relationship is not an exception the way of doing business has changed after the popularity of internet because online presence is more than mandatory today because consumers search for organizations conveniently online and if an organization is not present online will be ignored. The conventional relationship structure that existed between the consumer and supplier previously is changing because of various reasons:
The role of the middle man or the stakeholder who used to purchase the product from a supplier and sell it to the consumer is no more present.
