How should managers develop buy-in from the various groups and areas within the organization? Does getting the support of employees and other stakeholders require strategic planning? Explain your answer.

Managers have the title of managers because they need to how home manage various aspects of the business at the same time. When it comes to managing various groups within the organization and other relevant stakeholders a manager needs to follow the steps mentioned below:
Set a vision for every team or a stakeholder by keeping the future activities in mind
Add human touch and personalize every task so that all the team members feel connected
Create a calendar for follow up and provide feedback based on the performance
Do not tolerate mistakes and be aggressive about achieving the target
Become the face of the changes in the process and help them in adapting
Getting the support of the stakeholders might need some strategic planning but thee support of employees should come from work ethics. Employees work towards achieving a common goal so the manager should be able to communicate the same to all the employees and work together as a team. But the case is different with the stakeholders as they worry only about the end result. They give the autonomy to make the required changes to reach the final goal. So the manager needs to make a strategic plan and create a roadmap with various milestones in it. This can be presented to all the stakeholders to get their support and confidence. It is ethical for every employee to coordinate with others and work as a team. But the stakeholders look only for the end result and the person is going to achieve that.
