If you become the CEO of PhyCor, what steps would you take to develop a new strategy and business model?

The CEO of Phycor needs to take the following steps to develop a new strategy and business model.
Understand the changes in the market
Study all the policy changes with respect to health care to gain an understanding of government’s perspective of health care policies.
Study the competitors
Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the existing process
Set a goal and devise all the strategies around it.
