If you found a one-of-a-kind prototype of a revolutionary new mobile phone lying on a public bench, what would you do with it? What would be the consequences of your chosen action? 2. The value of a land does not only come with the profits it generates but also the wealth it could reward over the years as the value of land increases exponentially over a period of time. The value given by the government is usually way lower than the actual market value of the land. The market value is set by the sellers and buyers depending on the demand is that particular region.
3.The laws are made to protect the rights of the people and so as to ensure smooth functioning of a nation. The business to choose would depend on many factors like- capital available, individuals interest, geographical region, etc.
