What am I required to do in this assignment?
 

In your role as a CRM executive, deliver a report to the CRM Manager, responding to the problem of customer engagement faced by a restaurant organization of your choice (the organistion must be different from your main assessment)

 

You should consider how the issues affect each part of the CRM both offline and online e.g. at all touch points.

 

Make recommendations for decision-making purposes.

 

 

All work should use either Times New Roman or Ariel font, with line spacing of 1½ and justified. A bibliography and referencing (where applicable) is essential. A maximum of 10 referenced academic sources is required for each essay. No more than 50% of references may be from the internet. Harvard system of referencing must be used.
